Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Swish World Group Ltd, trading as SwishTelecoms, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at: Pinnacle, 67 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AA.
1. Introduction
These Terms outline the legal agreement between you, the customer (“you” or “your”), and Swish World Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our broadband or VoIP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services We Provide
We provide wireless broadband internet and VoIP telephone services across the UK. Service is delivered over 4G/5G cellular networks via SwishRouter equipment supplied to you as part of your plan.
3. Customer Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your address must be within a UK serviceable coverage area.
- You must provide accurate billing and personal information.
4. Contract Duration
All plans are one-month rolling contracts with no fixed term. You may cancel at any time without exit fees.
5. Equipment
- Each broadband plan includes a SwishRouter (TP-Link).
- Plus and Max plans include a Yealink DECT VoIP handset.
- Hardware ownership transfers to you after 3 consecutive paid months.
6. Billing & Payments
- Services are billed monthly in advance via card payment.
- If payment fails, service may be suspended after 5 days.
- All advertised prices include VAT unless noted otherwise.
7. Service Activation
Routers are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. Activation occurs automatically once the device is powered and connected.
8. Speed & Reliability
Actual speeds depend on location, indoor signal strength, and network load. While we strive for consistent performance, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
All customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
- No illegal activity or breach of UK law.
- No spamming, DDoS, hacking, or bypassing network controls.
- Residential plans cannot be used for hosting, resale, or commercial network use.
- VoIP use must comply with Ofcom guidance.
10. Fair Usage
Our plans include unlimited data, but excessive usage that impacts the network may result in speed moderation, investigation, or restrictions.
11. Suspension or Termination
- We may suspend or cancel service for breach of these Terms.
- Service may also be restricted during maintenance or legal requests.
12. Liability
Our maximum liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of one month's service fee. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Complaints & Disputes
If you wish to raise a complaint, contact support@swishtelecoms.com. Unresolved matters may be escalated to: legal-affairs@swishworldgroup.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
14. Amendments
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via email or published on our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
