Setup Guides
SwishRouter Setup
- Plug your SwishRouter (TP-Link) into a power outlet.
- The device connects automatically using local 4G/5G signal.
- Wait 60–90 seconds until the indicator lights stabilise.
- Connect to the WiFi name shown on the bottom of the router.
- Enter the password on the router label.
VoIP Setup (Plus & Max Plans)
- Connect the Yealink DECT base unit to the SwishRouter LAN port.
- Plug the handset into a power outlet.
- It will auto-register — no manual configuration required.
- If calls do not connect, restart both the router and the handset.
Troubleshooting
Internet Not Working?
- Restart your SwishRouter and wait 60–90 seconds.
- Move the router near a window for stronger signal.
- Ensure the power indicator is solid green.
- Try an Ethernet connection (if available).
VoIP Issues?
- Ensure the Yealink base is securely connected to the router.
- Restart both the handset and router.
- Confirm your plan includes VoIP (Plus or Max).
- Check that your broadband connection is active.
